1. As this site is an online advertising medium, you agree that the use of this site will not be for any purpose that is unlawful or to advertise items where you are not the legitimate owner or are unable to honour any sale.
2. Your subscription is for the use of a single person or business only and not transferable to another party or business. Breach of this will result in immediate suspension of subscription without notice.
3. Accuracy of all material contained in advertising listings is the responsibility of the subscriber and SheepOnline takes no responsibility for inaccurate advertising or misleading information. SheepOnline reserves the right to reject any advertising that we see as unacceptable.
4. Material contained in advertisements may be downloaded for personal use and evaluation. Use of this material for any other purpose is prohibited.
5. All material contained on SheepOnline.com.au is the copyright property of the advertisers and SheepOnline.
6. All information regarding your subscription application will be strictly confidential and will not be sold or passed onto a third party for marketing purposes.
7. No refund on advertising charges will be made and no unauthorized extensions made to the period of the advertising. Subscriptions are not transferable to another party or listing.
8. Listings will be updated weekly and your listing will only become active after payment has been received.
9. As we are not party to the transactions between buyers and sellers, SheepOnline is released of all liability arising from any disputes between the parties involved.
10. SheepOnline takes no responsibility for information contained in a third party site that has links within our site. These links are provided for the convenience of our clients.
11. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure all material forwarded to SheepOnline is free of any virus, worms or Trojans.
Advertising Rules
- Subscribers will supply all photos, links and material required for the placement of the listing.
- Prices are to be listed inclusive of any GST.
- It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to notify SheepOnline of the sale of the listing.
- Listings not received prior to the deadline dates, will be uploaded at the next available date.
- Any alterations to a listing once uploaded will be treated as a new listing.
- Only one sale price is to appear in each listing.
